Return & Refund Policy

1. Food Products (Money-Back Guarantee)

If you are not satisfied with a Madone food product, or if there is a fulfillment issue such as loss in transit or damage, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item, refund the purchase price, or provide store credit. We do not accept physical returns of food unless we specifically request a return for review. Any food returned to us will be discarded for safety.

What to Include:

  • Order number and purchase date

  • Product name, best-by date, and lot code (printed on the jar or bag)

  • Photos of the issue and packaging

Conditions:

  • One refund per household

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Photo of the product with visible lot code required

  • U.S. orders only; excludes wholesale, bulk, and resale orders

  • We may ask you to keep, dispose of, or return the product at our discretion

  • Suspected fraud or abuse voids the guarantee

2. Non-Food Merchandise (T-shirts, etc.)

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to the Size Exchange Limitations listed below. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.

Size Exchange Limitations:

  • One size exchange per design per order

  • If you purchased multiple units of the same design in one order, the exchange allowance covers one unit of that design

  • Fit or preference returns beyond the single allowed exchange are not accepted

  • Customer covers return shipping for size exchanges; we cover the reship on the first approved exchange

  • Defective or misprinted items are fully covered. Send photos and we will replace or refund
